Job Responsibilities :

  • To assist in SOP drafting and implementation for respective operational processes to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements. 
  • To enforce all SOP at the cinema. 
  • To carry out audit assignment on the cinema operations. 
  • To verify daily revenue, cinema maintenance and on-screen advertisement. 
  • To verify cinema stock movement and inventory. 
  • To prepare report on findings and provide recommendations on current internal audit processes. 
  • To identify area of improvements in business processes, internal controls and operational efficiency. 
  • To support ad-hoc task as and when required.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Internal/External Audit field is required for this position.

Job Responsibilities :

  • To raise RF & PO. 
  • To maintain and update procurement data. 
  • To assist in the centralization of procurement at all times. 
  • To assist in sourcing, negotiation, material cost reduction, planning and purchasing all materials required for F&B and cinema operation.
  • Conduct independent price/quality check.
  • Manage supplier delivery lead time.
  • Monitor and control the stock at optimum level.
  • To ensure proper reporting pertaining to the procurement matters. 
  • To work closely with all departments.

Job Requirements :

  • Min SPM is required.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Enter and code financial transactions appropriately.
  • Process payment to the supplier and receive payment from customers.
  • Issue invoice to customers using the new system.
  • Check all financial transactions for accuracy.
  • Maintain and update general ledger.

Job Requirements :

  • Preferable with data entry or basic bookkeeping knowledge and experience.
  • Computer Literate
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, attention to details confidentiality.
