Job Responsibilities :

  • To oversee all purchasing matters and ensure that the activities are carried out effectively.
  • To cover sourcing, negotiation, material cost reduction, planning and purchasing all materials required for F&B and cinema operation.
  • Enforce internal controls and assist in conducting procurement audit.
  • Conduct independent price/quality check.
  • Manage supplier delivery lead time.
  • Monitor and control the stock at optimum level.
  • To complete promptly the finance assignment that assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Issue hall rental invoice and liase with marketing on hall rental collection.
  • Perform sales reconciliation timely include checking of DSR.
  • Reconcile all credit card transactions against payment received.
  • Prepare revenue and expenses related journals during month end close.
  • Finance assignment, closing of account.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Maintain overall cinema administration such as cinema floor checks, cinema maintenance and location security.
  • Responsible for security of cash, tickets, property supplies equipments in the Cineplex.
  • To ensure the performance standards and sales target achieved.
  • In charge of day-to-day operations of Cineplex and F&B outlets.
  • Handle day to day accounting and end of shift financial operations.
  • Manage Costs Containment (KPIs) of the Cineplex.
  • Plan the weekly duty roster. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of weekly and monthly administrative submissions.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities with the Cineplex and F&B outlets.
  • Assist in the ISO implementation and updates of quality procedures.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the cinema premises and ensure that these ares are properly maintained.
  • Plan, coordinate, develop and conduct on-the-job training and retraining pertaining to customer service, food handling, serving and sales tactics.
  • Perform and supervise orientation training to Theatre Supervisor and ground staff.
  • Ensure daily crash programme for all areas are followed through and completed.
  • Assist Theatre Manager during crisis situations.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
