SYNOPSIS:

Located in the north Atlantic, on St. Leonard's Island, is a re-purposed prison for some of the world's most violent criminals. There, they are subjected to the most extreme medical tests. When one of these tests go horribly wrong, it results in a rampant disease that transforms its hosts into terrifying beings. The entire island has turned into a disease-riddled maze that the prisoners, guards and doctors have to unite to survive.
